Delivery, Pickup & Shipping Policies
Curbside Pickup — Available to all customers. Once the order is available the customer is notified with instructions on how to proceed with Curbside Pickup
Electronic Delivery — This is for select software only. Once the software is available you will receive an email with the links and codes that are needed for activation of the software. This is not available for all software.
Departmental Delivery — Available for Departments only. Once the order is available Cavalier Computers will deliver the order to the Department on grounds.
Departmental Ship Home — Available to Departments only. Once the order is available Cavalier Computers will ship the order to the location designated by the Department. Shipping charges may apply.
Ship Home: Alumni Program — Available to Alumni of the University of Virginia only. Once the order is available Cavalier Computers will ship the order to a location designated by the Alumni. Shipping charges may apply.
