Yes, you are able to get a loaner as long as your computers is in our Service Department here on grounds.
CAV Program customers are eligible for a free loaner for the length of their repair as part of the CAV Program. Non-CAV Program customers are charged $30 for a loaner computer for the duration of their repair.
You must return your loaner at the time of pickup of your repaired computer. CAV Program customers have 3 business to days pick up their repaired computer and return the loaner computer after being notified that their repair is complete. Non-CAV Program customers have 1 business day to pick up their repaired computer and return the loaner computer after being notified that their repair is complete.
