No, you do not have to purchase a computer from us to get service from us. We are an authorized computer repair center for Dell, Apple, Lenovo, and HP, so we are able to repair most systems from these manufacturers no matter where you purchased them from. We are able to repair computers from Dell, Apple, Lenovo, and HP under the manufacturer warranty.
Computers purchased through our CAV Program are the only systems eligible for a free loaner, should you need repair.
